PAPER & WOOD > River & Sea

I started this body of work while at two artist residencies in WA state. At the Artist Residency at Centrum in Fort Warden State Park (Port Townsend), the turbulent Strait of Juan de Fuca and its merger with the calmer Admiralty Bay were my muses. At the Willapa Bay AiR in Oysterville, I was drawn to the Pacific Ocean and it’s junctions with the enigmatic Willapa Bay and the tumultuous Columbia River and its many tributaries. This work continues.
